The Diablo Flat Edge Sanding Sponge is a 4" x 2-1/2" x 1" foam-backed hand-sanding block with abrasive on every flat face. The flat-edge geometry reaches into inside corners, along straight edges, and across contoured surfaces that rounded sponges and orbital sander pads cannot.

The 100 grit (fine) abrasive is a versatile general-purpose grit for smoothing surfaces after the initial coarse pass and preparing wood, metal, plastic, or fiberglass before final finishing.

Tip: 100 grit is the typical transition grit for hand sanding. Don't skip more than one grit step before the final pre-finish pass.
