This Gardner Bender battery charging clip is built for battery testing and light charging applications. A toothed jaw grips the battery post or terminal, and the post-style tail at the other end accepts a screw or crimp wire connection on the lead side.

• 20 Amp non-insulated charging clip for battery and test-equipment use
• Toothed jaw on one end, post terminal with crimp wings on the other
• Nickel-plated steel construction for repeated open-close cycles
• Accepts 16-14 AWG wire at the post via screw or crimp
• 2 clips per card (1 red, 1 black insulator standard mix)

Tip: Use 20A clips for bench power leads, small motor wiring, and short-duration trickle charging. Do not use a 20A clip for vehicle jump-starting - cranking current can exceed 200A and will burn the clip.
