Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Deep Tint is a water-based acrylic primer specifically formulated to be tinted to mid- and deep-tone colors. The tintable base increases hide and reduces the number of finish coats needed when applying dark or saturated topcoats. Suitable for interior and exterior use on virtually any surface without sanding.
