Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a water-based acrylic primer, sealer, and stain blocker that adheres to virtually any surface without sanding. The bright white tint provides clean hide under standard topcoat colors and is suitable for interior and exterior use on wood, drywall, plaster, concrete, masonry, metal, and glossy surfaces.

• Water-based formula with low odor and soap-and-water cleanup
• Covers approximately 100-112 sq ft per quart
• Dries to touch in 30-35 minutes, topcoat in 1 hour
• Sticks to all surfaces without sanding, including glossy finishes
• Blocks stains from grease, rust, tannins, graffiti, and water marks

• Apply by brush, roller, or airless sprayer
