Turn a 1" polyethylene pipe run 90 degrees and step down to a 3/4" threaded connection in a single fitting. The barbed insert end drives into black poly tubing (secured with a stainless clamp) while the FPT end accepts any 3/4" male-threaded valve, hose bib, or adapter -- the common combination for tying a 1" irrigation main into a 3/4" zone valve, backflow preventer, or hose spigot.
