The Irwin Hanson EX-4 spiral screw extractor removes broken studs, bolts, screws, and pipe fittings using an aggressive left-hand spiral design. As you turn the extractor counterclockwise, the spiral flutes bite progressively deeper into the broken fastener, increasing grip with each rotation.
