Application: #1 Square is the small-Robertson size used on #6 and smaller square-drive wood screws - hinge screws, cabinet hardware, small deck/face-frame screws, and electrical box covers. Common on lighter-gauge sheet metal screws too.

Tip: The FlexTorq zone needs slack to do its job - don't choke up by grabbing the bit holder right at the bit. For long screws driven in dense lumber, switch to a 2" or longer FlexTorq bit; the longer torsion zone absorbs more energy and lasts longer than this 1" insert.
