Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane is a clear protective finish specially formulated to protect wood against rain, moisture, and sunlight. Contains UV absorbers to reduce sun damage and graying, plus special oils that allow the finish to flex with seasonal wood expansion and contraction.

• For interior and exterior wood surfaces
• Gloss finish provides a high-shine, reflective surface
• Contains UV absorbers to resist sun damage and graying
• Flexes with wood's seasonal expansion and contraction
• Protects against rain, moisture, and temperature changes
• Coverage: approximately 500 sq ft per gallon per coat
• Dry to touch in 4-6 hours; recoat after 24 hours
• Apply with natural bristle brush or foam brush
• Cleanup with mineral spirits
• Recommended: 2-3 coats (3 for outdoor use)

Ideal for: Doors, windows, trim, outdoor furniture, railings, and any wood exposed to sun, rain, or moisture.
