Pro Tie standard duty cable ties are general-purpose nylon zip ties for bundling, fastening, and securing wire, cable, hose, and small hardware. Made from 6/6 nylon with a 50 lb tensile strength, they suit electrical, automotive, landscaping, and household use. This pack contains 100 ties at 8" length in natural.

Tip: 8" ties form a loop up to about 2" in diameter - sized for bundling thin wire runs, low-voltage cables, zip-tying signage to fence rails, or anchoring small components in panels and enclosures. Natural (clear/white) ties are NOT UV stabilized and will become brittle within 6-12 months of direct sun exposure - choose Natural for indoor electrical, behind-panel cable management, attic and basement runs, or any sheltered application. 100-pack is sized for jobsite electrical work, fleet maintenance, fence-building projects, and any installer who routinely runs out of ties.

Note on 6/6 nylon: Nylon 6/6 is hygroscopic - it absorbs moisture from the air, which slightly improves flexibility but means ties stored in very dry environments (heated indoor air, sealed packages) can become more brittle. If a tie snaps during installation in winter conditions, warm it briefly in your hand before re-trying, or use a heavy-duty tie rated above 50 lb tensile for cold-weather work.
