Natural black hog-hair bristles hold and release oil paint, varnish, polyurethane, and stain better than synthetic filaments, making this the brush painters reach for when they want a flag-tip finish on trim, doors, and furniture. The 3" width is the workhorse choice for wide trim, doors, table tops, and large panel work.
