APACHE FARM FUEL TRANSFER HOSE - 1" x 20 Ft

Apache farm fuel transfer hose assembly with crimped male NPT fittings on both ends. Designed for use with 12V and 110V electric transfer pumps to move gasoline (including E15), diesel, biodiesel (B10/B20), kerosene, and motor oil from bulk storage to vehicles and equipment. A built-in static-dissipation wire runs the length of the hose to bleed off charge during dispensing, the critical safety feature that separates a fuel-rated hose from generic utility hose.

  • Fuels: gasoline, ethanol-blended (up to E15), diesel, biodiesel B10/B20, kerosene, motor oil
  • Built-in static-dissipation wire (anti-static, helps prevent ignition during fuel transfer)
  • Maximum working pressure: 60 PSI
  • Temperature range: -20 deg F to 160 deg F
  • Fittings: 1" male NPT x 1" male NPT, crimped
  • Inside diameter: 1" | Outside diameter: 1.38"
  • Length: 20 Ft

Selection Tip (diameter): Higher flow rate for 110V pumps and large-volume fills; the natural pick when topping off truck saddle tanks, equipment from a 100-gallon transfer cube, or 250+ gallon bulk storage. Heavier and stiffer than the 3/4" - allow for that when coiling for storage.

Selection Tip (length): Extra reach for elevated tanks, fuel skids on uneven ground, or any setup where the pump is farther from the equipment being fueled. The extra 5 Ft of slack saves backing-up and repositioning trips.

Use Tip: Ground the pump or tank to a bonded earth point before opening the fuel valve - the static wire in the hose dissipates charge but only if the system has a path to ground. Keep the dispensing nozzle in contact with the receiving tank fill neck while flowing fuel; do not let the stream free-fall through air. After transfer, drain the hose back to the supply tank if possible (prevents trapped fuel cooking in the line during summer storage).

Care Tip: Coil loosely on a hose reel or hose hanger - tight coiling kinks the static wire and can cut hose life in half. Store out of direct sunlight; UV degrades the cover faster than the fluid degrades the liner. Inspect the crimped ends every season for weeping or cracking around the ferrule - replace the assembly at the first sign of seepage rather than re-clamping.
