Anvil/Mueller 3/4" NPT black-finish steel floor flange for anchoring pipe to a floor, wall, ceiling, or other flat surface. The flange threads onto a 3/4" male NPT pipe end; four corner bolt holes accept lag screws or machine bolts to secure the pipe to the structure. Standard fitting for low-pressure plumbing, industrial pipe furniture, hand rails, and rooftop mechanical work.

Selection Tip: For 3/4" pipe runs - the most popular size for industrial-pipe furniture (desks, shelving, racks, table legs). Strong enough for chairs and benches, slim enough to look proportioned on most builds.

Install Tip: Wrap 2-3 turns of PTFE tape clockwise around the male pipe threads (looking at the pipe end), thread the flange on hand-tight, then snug 1/4 to 1/2 turn past hand-tight with a pipe wrench. Use lag screws into wood studs/joists or wedge anchors into masonry; through-bolts with backing washers for thin sheet goods.

Care Tip: Black steel rusts in damp service - prime and paint or wipe with light oil if exposed to moisture (kitchen islands, bathroom rails, exterior runs). Galvanized resists most outdoor exposure but should still be inspected at the threads where the zinc can wear during installation. Standard low-pressure use; not rated for steam or high-pressure gas service.
