Tip: Use cutting wax or stick lubricant on the blade and workpiece for aluminum - cuts cleaner and prevents chip welding to the teeth. Run the saw at full speed and feed slowly; aluminum loads the gullets fast if the chip volume gets ahead of the tooth.
