The PowerLock is a long-running steel tape rule. Mylar polyester film coats the entire blade to extend its life, the high-impact chrome plated metal case stands up to jobsite handling, and the forward blade lock makes locking and unlocking easy.

• Blade: 1/2" wide x 12 Ft, yellow steel
• Blade coating: Mylar polyester film, over the entire blade
• Case: high-impact, chrome plated metal
• Blade lock: forward blade lock
• End hook: Tru-Zero hook, slides to accommodate inside and outside measurements so hook thickness does not throw off the reading
• Hook: riveted, corrosion resistant
• Measurement accuracy: +/- 1/16"
• Belt clip on the back of the case

Ideal for: household measuring, DIY projects, and anywhere a compact tape is easier to carry than a full-size one.
