General Finishes Exterior 450 is a water-based urethane/acrylic topcoat designed for vertical exterior wood surfaces. It provides UV protection to maintain finish integrity, has built-in mildewcides, and dries water-white with no yellowing. This self-sealing formula requires no separate sealer coat.

• Water-based exterior polyurethane - low VOC (under 125 g/L)
• Self-sealing - no separate sealer required
• Built-in UV absorbers and mildewcides
• Dries water-white with no ambering
• Semi-Gloss sheen
• Apply with brush, roller, or HVLP spray
• Touch dry in 30 minutes; recoat in 2 hours
• Apply 2 to 3 coats for best results
• Coverage: 560-640 sq ft per gallon
• Cleanup with soap and water

Best For: Entry doors, garage doors, fences, gates, and outdoor furniture - any vertical exterior wood surface that needs a clear, non-yellowing protective topcoat.
