Tip: 6 TPI is fast - run the orbital action at medium or high for the quickest cut. Use a long-bladed (4") size when you need cut depth, but expect more blade deflection on tight curves than a shorter blade. For best edge quality, follow the cut with a fine 10 TPI blade for the visible side, or use a flush-trim router bit to dress the edge.
