Best use for 3": Wide cutting-in and broad trim - large door frames, fascia and soffit boards, exterior trim, and wide casing. Carries enough paint to cover long runs without reloading.

Tip - Oil only: Natural China hog bristle absorbs water from latex and acrylic paints and goes limp within minutes. Use this brush only with oil-based or solvent-borne finishes. For latex or acrylic, switch to a polyester or nylon-polyester filament brush.

Tip - Care: Clean immediately after use with mineral spirits or paint thinner, comb the bristles straight while damp, then wrap in the original cardboard keeper or kraft paper to hold the chisel edge until next use.
