Ali Industries Gator 3149 is a 2-pack of 120-grit fine 3" x 18" sanding belts for portable belt sanders. The 120-grit cut is the finishing grit for belt sander work -- final smoothing before stain or sealer on cabinet work, butcher block, and trim.

Use Tip: Light pressure, with the grain, in long overlapping passes -- 120 doesn't need force. For an even-finer scratch pattern before stain, follow up by hand with a 150- or 180-grit sheet; belt sanders generally don't run finer than 120 grit.

Care Tip: Tap or brush the belt against a cleaning stick (a chunk of crepe rubber) to clear pitch and finish between cuts -- gets significantly more life out of each belt.
