Rust-Oleum Professional Primer Spray is a fast-drying primer that maximizes coverage, adhesion and durability. Topcoated with a Rust-Oleum Professional High Performance Enamel, it provides two times the protection of enamel alone. It applies easily to clean or sound rusted metal surfaces, and the high-output tip delivers 50% faster coverage while the any-angle spray feature lets you spray in any direction, even upside down.

• Adds twice the protection to bare metal, previously painted or sound rusted surfaces when topcoated with Professional High Performance Enamel
• Best for clean metal, and may also be used on sound rusted metal
• Can be topcoated immediately and may be recoated at any time
• Not for use on galvanized metal, or on surfaces that exceed 200 deg F when heated
• Dries to the touch in 15 minutes, to handle in 1-2 hours and fully dry in 24 hours at 70 deg F and 50% relative humidity
• Spray between 50 and 90 deg F with relative humidity below 85%
• Hold the can upright 10-16" from the surface and apply 2 or more light coats a few minutes apart
• Covers approximately 14 sq ft per can at the recommended film build (assumes 15% material loss)
• Conforms to ASTM D-4236; 5-year shelf life; clean up wet paint with xylene or mineral spirits
