GRAINING BASE

Old Masters® Graining Base is a high quality, oil-based paint. This product can be used alone or under Wiping Stain to achieve a wide variety of distinctive decorating effects. When used as a basecoat for woodgraining, this product simulates both the texture and color of bare or unfinished wood.

Graining Base can be used on any paintable, interior surface and provides a base coat for woodgraining. Woodgraining can be achieved on new wood, previously finished surfaces, cabinets, furniture and metal doors, without stripping previous finishes. This product will not raise wood
