Kilz Premium primer is a superior quality fast drying, low odor, zero VOC water-base, primer-sealer-stainblocker. Formulated to minimize problems caused by color changes, minor stains, surface textures and porosity differences, it offers excellent adhesion and provides a mildew-resistant coating.
