The Heavy-Duty Dryer Vent features a louvered vent hood, bird guard, rigid aluminum pipe, and plastic collar. Regular inspection of the bird guard is recommended to ensure lint and debris are removed. Both the Vent Guard and Bird Guard vent hood are constructed with durable, weather-resistant materials and include a UV inhibitor to prevent degradation from sun exposure. This pre-assembled vent includes a rigid 4-inch diameter vent pipe and collar. The removable bird guard protects against pest entry and nesting.
