BLACK JACK FIBERED ROOF & FOUNDATION COATING

Black Jack® Roof & Foundation Coating is a liquid applied, brushable, asphalt based coating designed to seal and protect worn roof surfaces. This coating can also be used to damp-proof and protect exterior foundation walls.

• Non-asbestos fibers create thick film
• Resists water, cracking and blistering
• Easy to apply, brushes out smoothly

• For coating below grade exterior walls
• COVERAGE RATE: Coverage depends on the porosity and absorption of the surface, typically 35 square feet per gallon on built-up roofs, masonry and foundations.
• PRECAUTIONS:  Do not use on shingle roofs, over rubber membranes, elastomeric coatings or EPDM roofing systems. For exterior use only. Do not coat interior foundation walls.
